Refund and Return Policy
At GoGoalJersey Store, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item:
To start a return, please contact us at support@gogoaljersey.store within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number along with clear instructions on how to send the item back. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and specific return instructions. Please ensure that items are returned with prior authorization; we cannot process returns without it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us immediately at support@gogoaljersey.store. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending you a replacement or processing a refund.
Custom or Personalized Items:
Customized or personalized jerseys are made just for you and are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged. If you have any concerns regarding customized products, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@gogoaljersey.store.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Incorrect Products: We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns for Any Other Reason: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee:
There are no restocking fees for returns.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. We do not offer exchanges for a different size, color, or design.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
